At Speedo, I brought all digital creative operations in-house from an external agency, helping reshape the brand’s ecommerce presence and digital marketing strategy. As Senior Web Designer, I led creative execution across ecommerce, email marketing, seasonal campaigns, website enhancements, paid advertising, and wholesale marketing assets.

After being promoted to Digital Creative Director, I expanded my role to include team leadership, campaign launches, and lookbook productions. I oversaw integrated digital campaigns that strengthened brand consistency and elevated the customer experience across all online touchpoints.

Through strategic creative direction, conversion-focused design improvements, and cohesive campaign execution, I helped drive a 30% increase in ecommerce revenue.
